Chicken Curry Salad Ingredients: - 4 chicken breasts - 2 cups green grapes - 1/3 cup Paleo Mayo - 1 heaping tablespoon curry powde...r - 2 heaping tablespoons honey (or more!) - 1/2 cup slivered almonds - Sea salt (to taste) - Black pepper (to taste) Steps: 1. Cover your baking sheet with aluminum foil. 2. Set broiler on high, arranging rack so that the chicken will be about 2 inches from the heat. 3. Rinse your chicken breasts and cut off any excess fat. 4. Place chicken breasts side by side on baking sheets. 5. Sprinkle sea salt and pepper, to taste. Place chicken in oven and broil for 14 minutes. 6. Carefully flip each chicken breast, and place back in oven for it to continue to broil for another 14 minutes. 7. Once chicken cools off, grab your sharp knife and cut all four chicken breasts into small squares. 8. You can also talk to a trainer to work out some exercise specifically for fat burning just make sure to measure your belly/thighs or wherever you want to loose weight to NOT worry about weight but rather body shape. Muscle weighs more than fat so you might not loose weight but loose fat and become leaner. Diet and exercise go hand in hand. One won’t work without the other. Most importantly though….go you for carrying 3 human beings in your amazing body be kind to yourself and your body, it’s done a hell of a lot of amazing work :)

FYI, The Paleo Kitchen cookbook has a mayo recipe that is SOOOO much easier…you take 3/4 cut oil of your choice, 1 egg, lemon juice(1 tsp I think), and 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard, place them in a tall, narrow container, and use an immersion blender! Start at the bottom and move the blender upward as the ingredients emulsify. I had quit making my own mayo because the other way was SO time consuming and mine never seemed to come out right, but this version is pretty fool-proof! I use grapeseed oil because the olive oil is a bit bitter for me.
Oh, that’s weird. Maybe you are reacting to something your weren’t eating before starting this diet? I suggest trying to write down everything you eat and how you feel after every meal and about an hour after the meal and then try find a pattern for the bloating. It took me a while for example to figure out I react with horrible heartburn when I eat tomato sauce. Anything containing tomato sauce is super hard for me to digest.

Jambalaya can be a very hard recipe to make, which is why it’s good that this uses the slow cooker because you can take out some of that complexity. It’s also a dish that lends itself nicely to Paleo eating because it includes plenty of different meats, as well as a good amount of vegetables. They make it even easier by using premixed Cajun seasoning, but they also point out that you can use your own if you happen to have some already made.

This is an easy way to musakhan, and if you don’t know how to make this traditional dish, this is a great place to start. It uses plenty of chicken thighs, so you’ll be all set in the protein department. It also contains plenty of spices like allspice, cloves, and saffron. I there, I’m cooking for my friend who has secondary cancer and has strict guidelines on what she can eat. She told me that it’s pretty much Paleo how she been advice to eat. Anyway my question is… On title of this list is a picture of raspberries in the jar with something? I want that recipe pretty please?
