The recipes are incredible and the photography is gorgeous. I love how this book is organized in menus, and each menu gives you tips on how to prepare for the party efficiently. My other favorite part of this book is that most of the recipes use simple, fresh ingredients. She’s also using a red onion, and olive oil. Nevertheless, this is one paleo cookbook that slightly varies the diet. In particular, the author’s definition of paleo includes both potatoes and rice. There is a coherent argument provided for why this is the case and many paleo followers do agree.
